2019 Taiwan “International Forum on Children and Museums”

Challenge:

As the leader of Taiwanese culture, the National Palace Museum (NPM) invited international experts to Taiwan to talk about the issue of children's cultural rights. As a professional conference organizing company, the biggest challenge of this forum is to assist the organizers to maximize the benefits of this event in addition to solve the issues resulted from the venue restrictions.

Solution:

As this forum was held at the NPM own venue, in order to match the site regulations, additional personnel were deployed on site. With our rich experience and tacit, the event process went smoothly, and the organizer was able to be a participant at ease. Except to the livestream, this event was also exposed in different media online and offline to raise public awareness of children's cultural rights before and after the event.
