2020 TMU-CWRU Joint Symposium

Challenge:

Due to the COVID-19, the co-host was not able to join this event in Taiwan along with the reduced budget. In order to fill in the new requirements of the poster session and video-conference, our team put an extra effort to make it happen.

Solution:

To make the poster session outstanding, we changed their requirement of using one big backdrop by the wall of foyer into portable stands. The reasons were the low ceiling and narrow foyer. The portable stands make the poster session more interesting and the host moved them to the registration hall for more visits. As for the video-conference, even though the request came to us at very last minute, we sorted out with our high efficiency and professional experience.
