The challenge: Post-meeting outdoor events.
Our client requested cycling and mountain climbing activities to Yang-Ming Mountain following a day-long meeting.
With only one week to prepare everything - which involved tight logistics and a variety of activities - we successfully designed and executed the activities with participants grouped by ability, plus we added one optional city tour (National palace museum, Taipei 101 or Eslite bookstore).
Over 300 delegates discovered the natural beauty of Taiwan and had wonderful experience immersed in Taiwanese culture.
