Firstly, with over 6,700 registrations, it reached a historic peak, reflecting the deep engagement of TSA members. The seamless execution of over 692 academic presentations and the publication of1,069 scholarly papers were facilitated by early formulation of comprehensive standard operating procedures and contingency protocols, ensuring swift responses to any challenges.
In program planning, we capitalized on global medical trends by inviting top experts from both domestic and international arenas to deliver lectures. This not only enhanced academic standards but also strengthened scholarly exchanges. Additionally, for the first time, the agenda addressed the medical landscape during the Russo-Ukrainian War and the post-pandemic era of intelligent healthcare development.
Despite venue equipment limitations, we strategically allocated different departments to appropriate classrooms or conference rooms, maximizing available resources. This approach helped overcome challenges in cross-building information connectivity. Furthermore, with professional manpower allocation, we ensured smooth progress of the agenda.
Lastly, precision in exhibition sponsorship schemes and strategies attracted top-tier vendors, complemented by invitations extended to local charitable entities to exhibit, highlighting the Taiwan Surgical Association's commitment to societal welfare.
