EU Forums in Taiwan

Since 2023, we have had the honor of assisting the European Union in hosting a series of forums in Taiwan. With less than a month to prepare for each project, we found ourselves racing against time. We quickly grasped the project requirements and, adhering to EU standards, provided concrete solutions and response strategies. By effectively coordinating speakers of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds and collaborating with various organizations in Taiwan, was key to achieving high efficiency and consensus through effective communication. Despite the fast pace, we managed to keep each aspect of the project well-organized, seamlessly integrating both internal and external resources to ensure smooth project execution.

Our forum planning demonstrated a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). We specifically selected venues with wheelchair access to ensure accessibility. In addition to providing consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, we also offered sign language and real-time captioning services to guarantee that every participant could engage in discussions without barriers. For forums requiring continuous communication and open exchange, we arranged for professional facilitators to promote in-depth dialogue between speakers and attendees.

In addition, we emphasized sustainability throughout the event. To minimize environmental impact, we avoided using large printed materials. Aside from a key visual display for the podium, no other large banners or printed conference materials were used. We also opted for a fully digital conference handbook to further reduce paper waste.

After each forum, we were heartened by the high levels of satisfaction and positive feedback from clients, speakers, and participants. Although our clients were based in Europe and couldn’t attend the events in Taiwan personally, our commitment to service excellence ensured we remained their top choice for a conference consulting partner.
